Well we didn’t have to go too far from the Mothership to find this beautiful Barra. It was 900mm and caught on a Reidy’s B52 at the Mouth of Tommy Creek, Shady Camp NT, on the neap incoming tide, with the Mothership only about 100metres away. What a way to start the day, wake up […]
Great option for fisho’s is to be picked up direct from Darwin Airport and straight to our Mothership avoiding a nights accommodation in Darwin. Enjoy a great week away fishing the remote waterways of the Northern Territory, get a group together and give us a call. We will pick you up from the Darwin Airport […]
We received the highest praise ever, recently, when a fisho told us their Humbug Fishing charter had them well fished and well fed. We’d never heard it put like that before but it really should be our motto because when you’re in Scott’s hands, he’ll use every ounce of experience he has from fishing the Top […]
The boys from Pearedale and beyond in Victoria, were our first ever Guided Fishing charter on Brute Force at Tommycut, (Shady Camp). They had a awesome time by all accounts, caught a few barra, including a first time catch of 109cm. The weather was not the best but they did the hours and reaped the […]
As you can see, there is plenty of room along side Brute Force tying up your boats. Also there is a large duck board for easy access for getting on and off the vessels.
The boys from Custom Works came out for the weekend to enjoy the comforts of Brute Force, which they had helped create. Fishing was hard but they were partying hard too! The weather out the front of Tommycut was rough so mainly trawling the rivers and flicking at the junctions.
This is a little story Lachy sent us recently about his fishing adventure with his Dad, Pop and Scott! Day 1: Early pick up the Barrage after a slightly wet and slippery drive in. (That was unusual for this wet season). Fishing; Well Trev started the tour on fire. Trawling the mouth and channel of […]
The boys from Tassie sent us these great shots of the big fish they caught at Shady this runoff, what there was of a runoff anyway. The fish were hard to find but they worked hard and managed to get quite a few good barra, including a metery and some great salmon.
Not a real good start the Runoff season this year, with the lack of rain, but Simon managed to catch this beauty, 110cm barra, in the Mouth of Tommycut not long after they helped Scott crew the Motherboat round from Darwin last weekend. You can actually see the Motherboat in the barra’s mouth. So they […]
